Description

Design / Operating Principle

The ToniTROL II is a compact control unit. The corresponding device stand allows optimum alignment for reading the display and operation via the protected membrane keypad. Apart from the transducers, the ToniTROL II is equipped as standard with all available hardware components and can be upgraded with additional transducers and software extensions. The system is designed to operate up to four load frames. Four serial interfaces (COM1 – COM4) are available for input and output. The electronic control is digital, the setpoint is calculated internally and the actual value is fed back via the transducers. The output is made to a servo valve in the machine hydraulics. The maximum values are stored individually for each test via a break detection with adjustable sensitivity.
