In the automotive industry, many components and parts have to be tested. Our machines can be used, for example, for stowage tests on aluminium profiles and the shear strength of brake linings according to ISO 6312.

In the shear strength tests of brake linings, the brake shoes to be tested are pressed down by a constant lateral force and the shear strength of the brake lining is determined by a second force until the lining is removed. The test procedure is carried out automatically using a special test program.
