It is a private -owned business founded in 1999 by Mr. José Luis Zuniga, entrepreneur and mechanical Engineer, inspired by the vision of being the main supplier of MATERIAL TESTING SOLUTIONS for the Peruvian Industry and the Andean Region. Currently employing 6 people, offering sales and after sales support. The headquarter is situated in Lima, Peru. Their mission is to contribute to the permanent development of the quality and technology of the products that their clients manufacture, produce or elaborate, through the provision of innovative quality control systems and high technology and this is where Toni Technik plays an important role.
Cooperation between JLZ and Toni Technik dates already back to 2003 and has grown into a solid partnership. JLZ represents ZwickRoell, Ulm as well.
In addition to various joint customer visits, different marketing activities, such as participation in meetings with the German-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce and events organized by the VDMA, are the basis for the success and the high reputation of Toni Technik products both in the cement industry as well as in the university sector.
Together we could realize following major projects:
- ToniPRAX (300 kN compression test machine for cement application) for UNACEM, Cementos Yura and the ARPL laboratory
- ToniPACT (3000 kN compression test machine for tests of concrete samples) in the Civil Engineer Faculty of the Universidad Nacional de Ingeneria for sophisticated test procedures as well as to the Mining Laboratory of the Pontifica Universidad Catolica del Peru.
