An important trend in the construction materials industry is the increasing automation of standardized with the associated possibility of digital documentation and the traceability of the results and the test traceability of the results as well as the test environment, in order to quickly and clearly identify sources of sample preparation, and to eliminate them quickly and unambiguously.
In a building materials laboratory, there are usually test devices from different manufacturers, each of which has its own user interface. Most of them do not offer the possibility to export the test data and results (e.g. into a LIMS or into another database). The different menu navigation of the manufacturers, present the user with significant challenges to operate the devices and machines safely and consciously.
Toni Technik is introducing a digital standard for its testing instruments and machines with the innovative “one-for-all” concept. All of Toni Technik’s electronic test equipment operates on a dedicated electronics and identical user interface and menu navigation.
The new unit electronic is an inhouse designed and developed control system to provide all Toni Technik devices with one hardware solution.
Having all devices with the same user interface and menu structure.
Once you are familiar with one Toni Technik product, you can easily operate the other product types very easily. This results in reduced learning time and minimal operating errors.
Standardized components for faster availability of spare parts
A standardized hardware solution for the control electronics no longer requires the additional stock-keeping of external parts, and allows faster delivery of components and minimal downtime, resulting in increased productivity in the laboratory operations.
Digitization
All Toni Technik equipment can be quickly upgraded to the latest technology, e.g. for changes to the respective test standards or for protocols for the
network connection, which are then immediately available through corresponding software updates on each Toni Technik device (e.g. via USB stick).
