Performance unit compacting ToniVIB Magnetic – Model 6934

Performance unit for the standard-compliant compaction of unshaped refractory products like dense, thermal insulating refractory concrete and other building materials in accordance with EN ISO 1927-5.

The ToniVIB magnetic features a magnetic clamping plate for clamping of the moulds.

Key benefits for the user:

  • Closed-loop operation in accordance with the standards, for automatic adjustment of the selected amplitude, independent of the weight of the mould and the mass to be compacted
  • Comfortable magnetic clamping of mould and mould attachment
  • Parameterization via touch screen, last selected settings are saved
  • Comfortable single button operation START / STOP

Working Principle

Prior to compaction the vibration amplitude and the vibration time have to be selected. The selected language, amplitude and vibration time are stored.

During the compacting the actual and the set value for the vibration time as well as for the vibration amplitude are displayed. Within the service menu an acceleration-and frequency indication is available.

The daily operation is done by START / STOP. The moulds are filled during operation of the unit.

The amplitude alteration caused by the increasing weight of the material is compensated by the controller and held constant according to the set value. After the expiration of the selected time the compacting process stops automatically.
