ToniNORM – modular, customized and expandable

ToniNORM is a modular system for automatic, closed-loop controled testing applications for servo hydraulic testing machines with a capacity from 10 kN to 10,000 kN, which can be assembled individually according to customer requirements.

Up to four or more load frames from our ToniNORM machine series can be combined. These load frames are fed by one power box and the ToniTROL measurement and control system. The individual frames can be adapted to the respective requirements.

Testing Software

Every testing machine is equipped with the universal measurement and control system ToniTROL resp. ToniTROL II.

Combined with the control and evaluation software testXpert® resp. testXpert® IIII Toni Technik testing machines can be controlled by PC and test results can be evaluated. Thus customer-specific solutions, as well as standard defined test procedures can be easily performed.

For customers who use a laboratory information software (LIMS) Toni Technik offers a universal interface software for bi- or unidirectional data transmission between ToniTROL and LIMS.
